Refund policy

Returns
We accept returns within 7 days of delivery. To be eligible, items must be unused, in original condition, and in original packaging.

Non-Returnable Items
Due to the personalized and handmade nature of our products, custom or personalized orders are non-refundable and non-returnable, unless they arrive damaged or defective.

Damaged Items
If your order arrives damaged, please contact us within 48 hours of delivery with photos of the product and packaging.

Refunds
Once your return is received and inspected, we will notify you of approval. If approved, refunds will be issued to your original payment method within 5–10 business days.

Return Shipping
Customers are responsible for return shipping costs unless the item is defective or incorrect.
